I only knew Phoebe a short while but was told stories of happy times by close people who knew her in her baby days etc. sadness filled me finding out Phoebe was poorly and she had passed away. Phoebe was a tough cookie and no doubt smiling until the last minute. I hope for the family reading these take comfort. I can not imagine what this has been like and it's heartbreaking. She was wonderful Rest in paradise beautiful girl, thankyou for playing with us at the park and chasing the bubbles and being cheeky. We had so much fun that day. Harlow remembers that time too and was sad to hear this news. You won't be forgotten ❤️
